Tokayev: Kazakhstan will support Turkmenistan’s effort to contribute to global progress

ASHGABAT. Jan 21 (Interfax) - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has sent a letter to Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty (People's Council) of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow, noting the importance of Ashgabat's initiatives in 2025, which, following a proposal from Turkmenistan, was declared by the UN General Assembly the International Year of Peace and Trust.
