Kazakhstan will create carbon polygons by greening degraded pastures and farmland

ASTANA. Jan 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov has ordered that amendments should be made to the existing legislation allowing the creation of carbon polygons in order to reduce emissions.
