Tokayev signs amnesty law affecting over 15,000 convicts

ASTANA. June 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev announced he has signed an amnesty law that will affect over 15,000 convicted individuals.
