Kazakh prime minister orders completion of fodder preparation by Oct 1

ASTANA. July 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov has instructed the regional governors and the Ministry of Agriculture to complete the preparation of fodder for livestock by October 1.
