Kazakhstan to restrict operation of overaged railcars

ASTANA. July 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Transport has proposed restrictions on the use of railcars with extended service life as part of efforts to modernize the country’s rolling stock, the government’s press service announced Thursday.
