ASTANA. July 18 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The foreign ministers of Uzbekistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan signed a trilateral agreement Thursday to develop a feasibility study for the proposed Trans-Afghan Railway, a project aimed at enhancing regional trade and economic recovery.
