Azerbaijan's SOCAR in talks to enter Kazakhstan's Dunga oil and gas project

ASTANA. Oct 22 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) may join the Dunga oil and gas project in Kazakhstan, with commercial negotiations currently underway, Kazakh Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov told Interfax-Kazakhstan on Wednesday.
