OPEC+ production may decline moderately in Q1 2026 due to Kazakhstan's high compensation

MOSCOW. Nov 3 (Interfax) - The OPEC+ member states' oil production may decrease moderately in Q1 2026 relative to the target level approved for December amid Kazakhstan's obligations to compensate for the high volume of excess production in previous periods, according to Interfax calculations based on OPEC's updated data.
