MOSCOW. Jan 16 (Interfax) - The Indian state-owned company Coal India is looking for opportunities to create partnerships in the field of rare earth metal mining in Russia, Australia, Argentina, Chile and a number of African countries, the senior manager of its coking coal production subsidiary Bharat Coking Coal, Manoj Kumar Agarwal, said in an interview with Reuters.
