Otbasy Bank pauses pension-backed loan repayments for system update

ASTANA. Jan 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Otbasy Bank will suspend accepting applications to use lump-sum pension payments to repay loans starting January 31, 2026, as it revises its procedures, the bank's press service announced.
