Kazakhstan ratifies Tokyo convention on diploma recognition

ASTANA. Feb 5 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed the law "On Ratification of the Asia-Pacific Regional Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications in Higher Education [Tokyo Convention]," the presidential press service reported on Thursday.
