Halyk Finance closes books on QazaqGaz Eurobond issue, with final pricing guidance at 5.875%
ASTANA. April 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Halyk Finance has closed the books on a 10-year Eurobond issue by Kazakhstan’s national gas operator QazaqGaz, Halyk Finance said in a statement.
