Tokayev offers EU resources-for-technology partnership

ASTANA. June 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Tuesday offered the European Union a pragmatic deal, access to Kazakhstan's critical minerals and energy resources in exchange for European investment and advanced technology, as he pitched the Central Asian nation as a reliable long-term partner.
