Kazakhstan upgrades Pavlodar airport using recovered state assets

ASTANA. July 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan is rebuilding the runway at Pavlodar airport with more than 9 billion tenge drawn from a state fund of assets recovered by prosecutors, the Main Transport Prosecutor's Office said Wednesday.
