CIS observers praise Kazakhstan's Kurultai elections as fair, open and competitive

ASTANA. Aug 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan's first parliamentary elections to the newly established Kurultai were well-organized, fair, competitive and open, the head of the CIS observer mission said Monday.
