Business confidence down in Russian mineral extraction, up in manufacturing in Aug - Rosstat

MOSCOW. Sept 3 (Interfax) - Business confidence fell in the Russian mineral extraction sector in August compared with July, by 0.4 percentage points to negative 5.8%, the State Statistics Service (Rosstat) said.
