Murat Mukhanov appointed Kazakhstan's Emergency Situations Minister

ASTANA. Sept 3 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed Murat Mukhanov as Minister for Emergency Situations, according to a decree published Thursday on the presidential website.
