Kazakhstan central bank set for rate decision as analysts split on cut or hold

ASTANA. Sept 3 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Analysts are divided on whether Kazakhstan's National Bank will hold its base rate at 16.75% or cut it by 25-50 basis points at its Sept. 4 monetary policy committee meeting.
