Kazakh media advocacy groups urge parliament not to restrict press access with security rules

ASTANA. Sept 3 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Several Kazakh human rights organizations have voiced concern over changes to the working procedures for journalists in the building of the Mazhilis, the lower house of Kazakhstan's new parliament.
