ASTANA. Sept 5 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Saturday signed a decree outlining the official duties of the newly established vice presidency, granting the office broad authority over strategic policy development and oversight of key state commissions.
