ASTANA. Sept 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan's Agriculture Ministry is proposing to tighten the existing ban on wheat imports by allowing only the state-owned Food Contract Corporation to receive shipments, a move that would exclude poultry farms and licensed elevators from the list of permitted importers.
