ASTANA. Sept 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan's Agriculture Ministry considers the introduction of export duties on grains and oilseeds counterproductive, warning that such measures could limit domestic producers' access to foreign markets, Deputy Minister Nazgul Khatepova told Interfax-Kazakhstan.
