S&P affirms Halyk Bank rating at “BBB-“, upgrades outlook to positive

ASTANA. Sept 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – S&P Global Ratings has revised the outlook on Halyk Bank's long-term global scale rating to positive from stable, while affirming the rating at “BBB-“, the agency said.
