Kazakhstan starts building $1.8 billion Aktogay copper smelter, first output due in 2030
ASTANA. Oct 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev launched construction of a copper smelter in the village of Aktogay in the Abai region by video link on Tuesday, his press office said.
