Russia concerned about France's plans to provide 'nuclear umbrella' to some EU, NATO countries - Russian Security Council
MOSCOW. Nov 4 (Interfax) - The European Union is transforming into a military-political bloc, and France's plans to provide a "nuclear umbrella" to some EU and NATO countries are causing concern, Russian Security Council Deputy Secretary Alexander Venediktov said.
