Tokayev: Kazakhstan must modernize military, complete reforms in two years

ASTANA. May 6 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has ordered a comprehensive overhaul of Kazakhstan's military, calling for "deep reforms" to be completed within two years to address growing global instability.
