Kazakhstan's parliament passes law on administrative-territorial structure

ALMATY. May 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's parliament adopted a constitutional law Wednesday defining the country's administrative-territorial structure, delineating powers among the president, government and local authorities.
